By accessing or using Ai1Health ("Service," "App," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Medical Disclaimer

- Ai1Health is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- The Service provides general health and fitness information generated by artificial intelligence.
- Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness program, diet, or taking any supplements.
- Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information from the Service.
- If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.
- We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
By using this Service, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these limitations. You assume full responsibility for your use of the information provided and agree to consult with healthcare professionals regarding your individual health needs.
3. User Eligibility
To use this Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation

5. Subscription and Payments
5.1 Free and Premium Features
The Service offers both free and premium features. Premium features require a paid subscription.
5.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Payment is processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the paid period expires.
5.4 Referral Program
Our referral program allows you to earn discounts. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Referral fraud or abuse will result in account termination and forfeiture of all discounts.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the Service
- Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
7. AI-Generated Content

Meal plans, workout programs, and coaching advice are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inconsistencies, or inappropriate recommendations. You are responsible for evaluating all recommendations before implementation.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
- AI recommendations should not replace professional medical or nutritional advice
- You assume all risks associated with following AI-generated plans
- We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or adverse effects resulting from AI recommendations
8. User Content
8.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, logs, notes). By uploading content, you grant us:
- A worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content
- The right to use your content to improve our AI models (anonymized)
- The right to display your content within the Service as you direct
8.2 Content Standards
You agree that your content will not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Ai1Health and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
- Remove or alter any copyright notices
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- That results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
- That defects will be corrected
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI1HEALTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Personal injury or property damage
- Health complications arising from following AI recommendations
- Errors in AI-generated content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ai1Health and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another person or entity.
13. Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
